As a leader in the Specialty and Home Infusion space, Infu Care Rx has experienced tremendous growth year over year in the markets we serve. Rapid expansion has created an opportunity for an IVIG Infusion Nurse.
Job Skills , Requirements and Responsibilities- Attention to Detail:
Use excellent nursing skills to observe, interpret, and monitor patient’s condition, notify appropriate personnel of any changes, and act as the patient advocate. - Interpersonal
Skills:
Work collaboratively with an exceptional team to help meet positive client care outcomes. - Communication:
Discuss health care with patients, listen to their concerns, and relay information to the nursing team. - IV Therapy:
Perform IVIG infusion procedures and related nursing duties. - Compliance:
Ensure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. - Other duties as assigned by management.
- Current and unrestricted RN license.
- Three years’ experience as an RN preferred, ideally with some home care experience, and exceptional IV skills.
- Bachelor of Science in nursing, associate degree in nursing, or graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of annual competency checks.
- Clean background and criminal record, and pass a drug test.
Required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear; required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment; must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position without compromising patient care.
