• Base Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000+ (salary determined by experience, qualifications and geography)

• Orthopedic Clinical Specialists (OCS)
• Certified Multi‑Disciplinary Team (MDT) Therapists

• Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current state license in Texas (or plan to obtain it if relocating)
• Strong drive to serve patients and commitment to quality, efficiency and outcomes
• Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and team‑oriented personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• New graduates welcome – we provide clinical education and mentorship to ease transition from school to practice
