Family Medicine Opportunity in Brattleboro, VT
Position Overview An established outpatient clinic is seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join their collaborative team starting Fall 2025.
This role offers a balanced patient load, supportive team environment, and competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits. Assignment Details
100% outpatient practice caring for both adult and pediatric patients Average of 14 patients per day in clinic Administrative duties include charting, care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives On-call rotation (1:11), phone-only Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment Must be able to start by Fall 2025 Not open to candidates commuting more than one hour or working multiple positions Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $230,000 annually Quality bonuses up to $20,000 per year Student loan repayment with matching funds up to $10,000 per year Negotiable sign-on bonus Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) CME allowance provided Health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) Life insurance Retirement programs PTO, vacation, and sick leave Short- and long-term disability options Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active Vermont medical license (or willingness to obtain prior to start) DEA and BLS required Clean malpractice history Must be able to start by Fall 2025 Additional Information Phone-only on-call duties (1:11 rotation) No weekend coverage required Permanent Placement Placement Type:
