Property Manager – LL OverviewThe Property Manager – LL will be on‑site at The Ambrose in Brantford five (5) days per week. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Property Manager and gain hands‑on exposure to both site‑level operations and portfolio administration. He/She will also support administrative functions across the Brantford portfolio, working closely with the Property Administration Team.
Key Responsibilities- Day‑to‑day on‑site property management
- Daily building checks: resolve minor issues and report anything that needs direction to the property manager
- Support lease‑up and operations upon occupancy
- Act as the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and stakeholders
- Create purchase orders in the system
- Coordinate contractors and service providers
- Oversee building cleaning and security systems
- Ensure fire safety compliance
- Support administrative and portfolio functions to build operational knowledge
- Must hold a CMRAO Limited Licence or
- Must be willing to enroll in and complete the CMRAO Limited Licence course as a condition of employment
- Property management experience or strong administrative experience in real estate, property management, or a related field
- Experience with Yardi is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in working with people
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Yardi experience is an asset but not required - Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Annual salary range: $40,000 – $45,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
