Production Manager

Our client, a leading food/beverage manufacturing company, is looking for a Production Manager to join their team. In this exciting position, you will take a lead role in completing production targets, staff management and oversee plant operations. • Provides leadership and direction to staff including motivating, mentoring, and cross-training.
• Participate in ongoing H&S training, audits etc.
• Hands‑on and prioritizes safety, quality control, operational efficiency, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by maintaining product integrity, practicing highest levels of GMP’s and conforming to all company’s safety programs and SOPs.
• Review daily production schedules while working with plans and advise management of any discrepancies or issues to ensure production process meets and exceeds expected KPIs, attainment and efficiencies.
• oster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and maintain productivity targets, with a high emphasis on efficiency improvement and cost of goods reduction.
• Coordinate and develop documentation, standards, and processes to ensure quality and consistency in the manufacturing process.

• 10+ years production management (titled) experience within the food or beverage manufacturing sector required.
• 4+ years TPM and CI (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma or Kaizen) experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required. BA in Engineering ideal.
• Experience managing a large production environment- 250+ staff
