This role is not for CAD-only designers.
It is for engineers who:
- Design working equipment
- Understand sheet metal, weldments, fabrication
- Have worked on ovens, proofers, food equipment, or OEM machinery
- Think about manufacturability, assembly, and performance from Day 1
