- Competitive Rates:
- $45.48/hr - $49.16/hr

- $24.13 - $27.25/hr - Production Operators
- Shift Premiums:
- 12-hour Continental Shifts
- Shift Schedules: 2-week continental shift rotation either 6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am OR 7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am
- Scheduled Weekend Shift Premium: +$4.00 per hour
- Night Shift Premium: +$1.65 per hour
- 8hr Rotating
Shifts: - Shift Schedules: weekly rotation of days (7am-3pm), nights (11pm-7am), and afternoons (3pm-11pm)
- Afternoon shift premium: +$0.65 per hour
- Night shift premium: +$0.85 per hour

As a Maintenance Millwright or Electrician/PLC Technician, you ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our chocolate and confectionary manufacturing facilities
. As a Production Operator you are driving the efficiency of our manufacturing or packaging department by reducing downtime, maximizing productivity, while ensuring quality excellence

- You ll be responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing our food processing equipment to optimize safety, reliability, and food safety standards.
- Dive into continuous improvement projects, where you ll take part in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of machinery, making sure our processes are always top-notch.
- Take charge of equipment change-overs and production line setups, ensuring seamless operations every step of the way.
- Roll up your sleeves for welding, machining, and fabrication tasks as needed, maintaining impeccable sanitation standards, housekeeping, and cleanliness in our maintenance shop.
- Your commitment to compliance with regulations and procedures will help us maintain the highest levels of health and safety, food safety, GMPs, and HACCP standards.

- As someone with a valid Industrial Mechanic/Millwright trade license (433A) or Industrial Maintenance Electrician License (442A or 309A), you bring expertise and professionalism to the table.
- Withrelevant experience (8+ years if unlicensed), you ve honed your skills and are ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way.
- If you ve got previous experience within the food and beverage or consumer packaged goods industry, that s a big plus—it means you understand our world.
- Your strong communication skills mean you can work independently with minimal supervision or seamlessly collaborate within a team environment.
- You're flexible and adaptable, ready to work rotating shifts to support our continuous operation.
- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Your previous experience in food manufacturing is an asset along with your experience operating equipment and/or production lines.
