We’re looking for an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join our team of driven, supportive professionals who collaborate closely and celebrate shared success. Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive insurance sales
- Identify new business opportunities and expand your client base
- Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes
- Proven success in sales and meeting performance targets
- Strong understanding of insurance products and industry regulations
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide customized solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results
- Previous experience in Insurance
- RIBO/OTL licensed
