We are seeking an experienced IT Tender Manager to manage end-to-end Government and PSU IT tendering activities
. The role involves tender analysis, coordination with internal teams and OEMs, preparation of fully compliant technical and commercial proposals, and ensuring timely and successful bid submissions.

• Identify and track IT tenders from GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement portals, AAI, NIC, PSU & State Government portals
• Analyze RFPs / NITs / BOQs / Terms & Conditions to assess bid feasibility
• Prepare bid strategy, compliance matrix, and risk assessment

• Lead preparation of technical proposals, compliance sheets, deviations, and annexures
• Coordinate with OEMs for datasheets, MAFs, certifications, and technical inputs
• Ensure 100% compliance with tender requirements

• Coordinate with Finance for EMD, BG, pricing approvals, and commercial formats
• Validate commercial bids and pricing accuracy
• Handle reverse auctions where applicable

• Liaise with internal teams:
  Sales, Presales, Engineering, Finance, Legal
• Coordinate with OEMs, partners, and subcontractors
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and manage clarifications

• Manage bid submission, tender opening, and post-bid clarifications
• Track tender status and prepare MIS & bid pipeline reports
• Support LOA issuance and contract finalization

• Strong knowledge of Government IT Tendering & Bidding
• Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, AAI, NIC & State portals
• Sound understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, software & system integration
• Expertise in tender documentation and compliance management
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tenders under strict deadlines

• B.Tech / BE – CS / IT / ECE (Mandatory)
• MBA (Marketing / Operations) – Preferred

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Tendering / Government Bidding
• Proven track record of successful bid submissions and tender wins

• AAI / Airport IT Projects
• Data Centers, Networking, CCTV, Command & Control, IT Systems
• PSU / Smart City / E-Governance Projects
