What You Will Do

The Customer Service Co-op Student will provide front-line support by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and assisting customers with general inquiries. This role involves routine administrative and customer service tasks. The position offers hands‑on experience in professional communication, organization, and customer service within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • This position covers responsibilities related to cashier, reception, and all clerical duties within the Customer Services department.
  • Processing residential customer moves in and out of our service territory.
  • Perform clerical duties by issuing letters to customers through the CIS for various reasons.
  • Responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, completing outbound calls, and directing visitors and customers in a courteous manner.
  • Providing collection of accounts support including outbound collection related calls and emails.
  • Provides support to Customer Service Team as required.
What You Will Bring
  • Enrollment in a College/University program in Business Administration, Office Administration or a related field
  • Eligible for a co‑op or internship term through your institution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Works well independently and in a team setting.
