Assistant Manager – Pricing Executive

Reporting Manager: Branch Head

Strong procurement skills for air & sea pricing for both imports & exports.

Manage vendor negotiations and ensure timely, cost‑effective logistics solutions.

Provide end‑to‑end customer service, resolve complaints and support booking operations.

• Source rates for queries received for sales, agents or branch for both air and sea cargo.
• Compile rates and send quotations to clients or respective salespersons.
• Follow up on all provided quotations.
• Finalize rate and execute the job.
• Coordinate with vendors for smooth shipment execution.
• Visite shipping lines and airlines to develop relationships.
• Ensure all invoice details (selling rates) are sent to the accounts team for proper billing.
• Follow up with clients and out‑station agents for payment.
• Ensure smooth service is provided to clients.

• Minimum bachelor's degree; education in logistics, supply chain management, or operations is a plus.
• 5+ years of practical experience in a similar position.
• Strong time‑management, organizational skills and result orientation.
• Ability to coordinate several tasks simultaneously.
• Well‑developed negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel.
