• Provide clinical, technical, and educational expertise to support market development efforts for medical products
• Conduct on-site education and consulting to enhance customer understanding and product usage

• Identify growth opportunities and provide support to sales and clinical teams

• Baccalaureate degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of medical products and clinical practices
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders
• Strong problem‑solving skills and capacity to work independently under limited supervision
• Experience in project management or related fields is advantageous

• High School Diploma with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Associate Diploma with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a healthcare or medical device setting
• Practical knowledge of market trends and customer satisfaction metrics
• Experience in conducting training programs or educational workshops
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Previous experience in a medical sales or clinical support role
