As a member of White Water’s Merchandise Team, you will be restocking shelves, answering guest questions, and ringing up purchases all while delivering the award‑winning customer service White Water is known for. We are looking for candidates that are comfortable with a computerized cash register and counting back change.

This is a Seasonal position. This position begins 5/2/26 and ends 9/12/26.

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Aid customers in locating merchandise
  • Answer questions and provide information to customers about merchandise for sale
  • Obtain merchandise from the stockroom when merchandise is not on the floor
  • Arrange stock on shelves or racks in the sales area
  • Direct or escort the customer to fitting or dressing rooms or cashier.
  • Keep merchandise clean and orderly
  • Mark or ticket merchandise
  • Complete sales transactions
  • Ensure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards
  • Balance team and individual responsibilities
  • Put success of team above own interests
  • Commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals
  • Complete tasks on time or notify the appropriate person with an alternate plan
  • Observe safety and security procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions
  • Use equipment and materials properly
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Physical Requirements:

  • The ability to lift and/or move 15 pounds frequently to 50 pounds maximum
  • The ability to stand and walk on uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, and concrete continuously
  • The ability to work in extreme weather occasionally
  • The ability to remember locations, understand and carry out instructions continuously
  • The ability to work at a rapid speed frequently
  • The ability to frequently use equipment such as a Point of Sales (POS) cash register, hand carts, screw guns, etc.

Required Experience

  • Cash handling experience is preferred.
