Your role as a leader in the store will be to empower associates and solve problems through critical thinking.
Additional requirements include assisting the Store Office Manager and fulfilling their duties in their absence.
- Providing exceptional service to all clientele
- Becoming knowledgeable in the Office Manager position through training and staying up to date on current policies
- Training team members on updated cashier policies while mentoring and coaching under the guidance of the Store Office Manager
- Maintaining accounting functions at store level, including settling tills, preparing deposits, and monitoring cashiers
- Assisting in other areas as needed
- Communicating with the appropriate office management and staying updated on all company policies and training procedures
- Maintaining records compliant with government regulations and company policy
- Adhering to all company policies, including dress code and name tag enforcement
Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes occasionally and exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently. Ability to stand, move, lift, carry, push, and pull as needed. Must have dexterous use of both hands and be able to work on floors that may be slippery.
