As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Utilize the Nursing Process to meet the diverse needs of patients.
• Ensure adherence to the philosophy, mission, goals, and policies of the Nursing Department and Mercy.
• Oversee the quality of care for a caseload of patients, delegating tasks appropriately.
• Work shifts across multiple rural hospitals as needed.
• Perform your duties in alignment with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure: Current licensure by the Missouri State Board of Nursing.
• Experience: Entry-level candidates are welcome!
• Certification: CPR certification is a must.
• Skills: A strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
