• Utilize the nursing process to provide outstanding patient care.
• Maintain professional accountability for the care of assigned patients.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers.
• Coordinate patient care in collaboration with various departments.
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality at all times.
• Perform duties in alignment with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

• Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
  • Additional certifications may be required based on your unit, including ACLS, NRP, ENPC, and more.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
  • Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed.
