Part-Time Guest Services Associate — Reservations & Support

A leading entertainment organization in Branson is seeking a Customer Service Representative for part-time work. The position involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests both in person and over the phone. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace. This role includes working approximately 28 hours per week, covering shifts from morning to early evening, and some Saturdays are required.

A high school diploma is preferred, with less than 2 years of customer service experience being ideal.
