Overview
Central Bank of Branson is currently looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Teller. The Teller works in a fast-paced, fun environment with opportunities for advancement. The candidate should provide a professional image and be the face and voice of our company. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to work in a relationship business; get to know customers and genuinely care about their financial well‑being by providing solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities- Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive‑thru, night‑drop, mail, or ATM.
- Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable.
- Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times; even in difficult situations.
- Recognize customer needs and cross‑sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer.
- Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non‑traditional products and services.
- Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures and regulations.
- Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills
- PC and typing skills
- Ability to count U.S. currency
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong customer relations skills and ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers in a cooperative, positive manner
- Look for cross‑sell opportunities in a customer‑centric manner
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 20 lbs.
