🔬 What You’ll Do- Run a variety of laboratory tests and experiments using established protocols
- Analyze data, interpret results, and generate clear, accurate reports
- Keep meticulous records of procedures, observations, and outcomes
- Support quality control efforts and ensure compliance with lab standards
- Help develop and optimize new techniques and workflows
- Operate, monitor, and maintain essential lab equipment
- Uphold safety standards while keeping the lab clean and organized
- Collaborate closely with your team to push research forward
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field
- Solid understanding of molecular biology, microbiology, and core lab procedures
- Experience with LIMS and data entry accuracy
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous hands‑on lab experience
- Familiarity with cGMP environments
- Clinical laboratory experience (1+ year preferred)

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Branford, CT.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52,000.00 - $52,000.00/yr.
