• Run a variety of laboratory tests and experiments using established protocols
• Analyze data, interpret results, and generate clear, accurate reports
• Keep meticulous records of procedures, observations, and outcomes
• Support quality control efforts and ensure compliance with lab standards
• Help develop and optimize new techniques and workflows
• Operate, monitor, and maintain essential lab equipment
• Uphold safety standards while keeping the lab clean and organized
• Collaborate closely with your team to push research forward

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field
• Solid understanding of molecular biology, microbiology, and core lab procedures
• Experience with LIMS and data entry accuracy
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Previous hands‑on lab experience
• Familiarity with cGMP environments
• Clinical laboratory experience (1+ year preferred)

This is a Permanent position based out of Branford, CT.

The pay range for this position is $52,000.00 - $52,000.00/yr.
