Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planner to join our growing team. This role will support and lead comprehensive financial planning efforts, working closely with advisors and clients to develop and implement customized strategies across investments, retirement, tax planning, estate planning, and risk management.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical planning expertise with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans tailored to client goals, values, and life stages
- Conduct client discovery meetings and ongoing plan reviews
- Analyze client financial马会 data, including cash flow, investments, retirement projections, tax strategies, and insurance coverage
- Prepare and present planning recommendations in clear, client-friendly language
- Collaborate with investment advisors, portfolio managers, and external professionals (CPAs, attorneys)
- Assist with implementation of planning recommendations and monitor progress over time
- Stay current on financial planning strategies, tax law changes, and industry best practices
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM and planning software
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- CFP® designation required or in progress (preferred/required—adjust as needed)
- 2–5+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related advisory role
- Strong knowledge of retirement planning, investment principles, tax planning, and estate planning concepts
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, Money Guide Pro , Right Capital, or similar)
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
