Salary: $100,000 - $200,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)

Strong knowledge of design-build construction processes

Experience managing subcontractors across multiple trades (sitework, steel, HVAC, electrical, etc.)

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
