Position: Receptionist / Office Assistant

Receptionist / Office Assistant

Blasius GMC is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our dealership team. This role is the first point of contact for customers and supports daily office operations.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Assist with general office tasks, filing, and data entry
  • Support the sales and service departments as needed
  • Maintain a professional and organized front desk
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer and office skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous receptionist or office experience preferred
Schedule

Full-time or Part-time available
