Pay Rate: $36-$38 per hour (Depending on experience)

United Trades of America is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welding-Fitting Superintendent to join our team in the Brandon, Mississippi area. The successful candidate will oversee welding and fitting operations, ensuring high-quality performance and safety on all job sites.

• Supervise and coordinate all welding and fitting activities on the job site
• Ensure all work is completed to project specifications, safety standards, and within the scheduled time frame
• Lead and mentor welding and fitting crews, providing guidance and resolving technical issues
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
• Monitor project progress and report updates to management
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation related to daily operations
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on the job site

• Proven experience as a Welding-Fitting Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of welding and fitting practices, standards, and equipment
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans
• Must reside within 60 miles of Brandon, MS
• Experience in managing multiple projects and crews is a plus
