Daily Responsibilities:
Oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish Must have at least 3 yrs experience in Commercial Superintendent/Assistant Work. Create and manage punch out lists to ensure quality and completion Coordinate construction activities and manage subcontractors Review and interpret blueprints and specification

Required Skills:

Experience in construction management Strong knowledge of contract writing and report generation OSHA 30 certification Ability to read and interpret blueprints Knowledge of safety management and OSHA regulations Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience in concrete installation

Experience with Civil Site Work.

Experience with cost management and estimating Strong quality control and inspections skills

Salary and Benefits :
