Join our dynamic construction team as a Concrete Crew member and help build the foundations of tomorrow! We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to work on a variety of construction projects. Looking for concrete foreman, finishers and laborers. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete surfaces.

* Key Responsibilities:
**
- Assist in the preparation of work sites including the setup of forms and rebar.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete materials while ensuring accurate proportions and coverage.
- Skillfully finish concrete surfaces using appropriate methods and tools.
- Monitor and maintain proper curing techniques to achieve optimal strength and durability.
- Clean and maintain tools, materials, and work areas in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the crew and other trade professionals on site to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Comply with all safety regulations and standard operational procedures.

* Qualifications:
**
- Previous experience in concrete work or construction is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
