What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and motivate a retail sales team Strengthen customer experience and showroom presentation Drive revenue through coaching, merchandising, and KPI execution Build local business relationships and commercial sales opportunities Maintain smooth, compliant daily operations Compensation &

Schedule:

Guaranteed base salary for the first 3 months Then transition to:
