• Administer advanced wound treatments including debridement, negative pressure therapy, and application of grafts.

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care practices and prevention.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Uphold high standards of patient care and service excellence.

• 2–4 years of clinical experience in wound care; experience with grafts is a plus.
• Valid APRN license in Maryland or Florida.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; entrepreneurial and self-driven approach; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Immediate availability preferred for quick integration into the team.
