Affiliate Community Manager; TikTok

About The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Affiliate Community Manager (Tik Tok) to build and nurture relationships with our affiliate creators. You’ll be the bridge between our brand and the creator community, driving excitement, sharing updates, and ensuring affiliates feel supported and engaged. This role combines community management, creator outreach, and operational execution to strengthen our Tik Tok affiliate program.

• Community Engagement:
  Manage and grow affiliate chat groups on Discord and Lark; build strong relationships with creators; share brand updates, briefs, product launches, and campaign news; answer questions promptly.
• Creator Onboarding:
  Support new affiliates through onboarding, ensuring they understand program guidelines and opportunities; provide clear communication and resources.
• Midtier Creator Outreach:
  Use Kalodata to identify midtier Tik Tok creators that meet program criteria; send batch outreach messages; monitor and respond to inquiries via the Tik Tok affiliate email inbox.
• Operational Support:
  Coordinate product shipments to creators using Shopify; track outreach, engagement, and shipping activities to ensure smooth execution.

• Minimum of 3 years as an Affiliate Community Manager, working directly with content creators to build and sustain engagement.
• Experience managing online communities (Discord, Lark, or similar platforms).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for creators.
• Knowledgeable with Tik Tok creator ecosystem and affiliate marketing.
• Comfortable with outreach tools and data platforms (e.g., Kalodata).
• Organized and detail-oriented, with experience handling operational tasks like email monitoring and product fulfillment.
• Proactive, empathetic, and passionate about building creator relationships.

• Creative curiosity:
  An innate drive to bring both analytical rigor and creative exploration to every project.
• Proactive mindset: A personality that gets ‘restless’ when campaigns are merely running fine and is always looking for the next test.
• AI fluency: A high degree of comfort and fluency with AI tool usage.

Working conditions and technical requirements: A reliable computer (preferably younger than 3 years) and a stable high-speed internet connection; some experience with customer support software and social media applications; a quiet, cozy workspace to handle calls and chats like a pro.
