Position: Media Buyer for a Performance Marketing Team

Overview

We are a growing performance marketing team supporting 3-5 brands, primarily in the adult toy and lifestyle space. We are looking for a sharp, self-driven Media Buyer who is ready to own paid media from strategy through execution and thrives in a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment. This is a fully remote, individual contributor role reporting directly to the founder, where you will build and improve the playbook rather than just maintaining it.

Requirements
  • Experience:

    3-5 years of hands‑on paid media experience.
  • Platform Expertise:
    Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Reddit Ads, Fet Life, and Traffic Junky.
  • Budget Management:
    Proven experience managing monthly ad spends of $50,000+ with measurable results.
  • Compliance Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of platform policies and account appeal processes for both mainstream and adult‑specific platforms.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Proficient in GA4 and GTM for tracking, attribution, and audience building.
  • AI & Software:
    Active use of Claude and other AI tools for workflow and analysis, plus proficiency in Notion and Slack.
  • Content Comfort:
    Must be comfortable working with NSFW content on a regular basis
Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management:
    Manage and scale paid media campaigns across multiple platforms with a focus on growth and efficiency.
  • Strategy & Optimization:
    Audit and optimize live campaigns, build new structures, and own bidding strategies.
  • Creative

    Collaboration:

    Brief and direct creative assets in collaboration with the in‑house design and development team.
  • Reporting:
    Provide bi‑weekly written reports and participate in live client calls to communicate findings and strategic direction.
  • Testing:
    Formulate hypotheses and structure clean experiments to act on results.
  • Accountability:
    Maintain clean tracking/attribution and stay organized across multiple brands without losing focus.

  • Proactive Mindset: A personality that gets "restless" when campaigns are merely "running fine" and is always looking for the next test.
  • AI Fluency:
    While AI tool usage is expected, a high degree of comfort and fluency is considered a core part of the workflow.
