• Handle customer inquiries across email, chat, and social media.
• Provide personalized, top‑notch support representing the brand.
• Collaborate with the team to increase customer satisfaction and share insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently using various tools and platforms.
• Adapt to different client needs – every day is a new adventure.

• Experience with SaaS and DaaS technical support specific to email and website marketers.
• Knowledge of Email Marketing Basics and Jira; HTML understanding.
• Comfortable editing Excel/CSV or other data files.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, detail‑oriented skills.
• Ability to follow protocols before escalation.
• Excellent communication skills in English (email, chat; no voice).
• Proactive initiative on multiple product features.
• Strong typing speed and accuracy.
• Comfortable using Google Translate.
• Can address Tier 1/2 technical support for email notifications, account investigation, and guidance via chat and email.
• Nice to have:
  Compliance and/or fraud background.

• A reliable computer and stable high‑speed internet connection.
• Experience with Front, ReAamze, Mad Mimi, KONA, Live Engage, GoDaddy CRM, Billing CRM, Connections CRM, Slack (preferred).
• A quiet, cozy workspace for calls and chats.
