Suncoast Hospice, part of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate and driven Senior Manager of Clinical Operations to serve as a key clinical and operational leader. This role is responsible for advancing high-quality, patient- and family-centered care that aligns with evidence-based practice and the organization’s mission.

What you'll Do- The Senior Manager, Clinical Operations (SMCO) is responsible for leadership, oversight, and performance of hospice clinical operations within an assigned geographic area.
- This role ensures delivery of high‑quality, patient‑ and family‑centered care aligned with evidence-based practice, regulatory requirements, value‑based care principles, and the organizational mission.
- The SMCO serves as a key operational and clinical leader, collaborating across programs, administrative partners, and system-level teams to support integrated care models, including ACO‑aligned population health initiatives.
- Collaborate on development, revision, and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Align operational and financial data to support efficient resource utilization.
- Maintain staffing and productivity models that reflect patient needs and meet budget expectations.
- Serve as a clinical subject matter expert and liaison with Compliance, IT, Quality, Education, and Program Directors.
- Oversee clinical quality, patient experience, responsiveness, and service delivery standards.
- Support market growth through collaboration with community partners and healthcare organizations.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred;
Master’s degree preferred. - Minimum of two years hospice clinical experience.
- Minimum of three years supervisory or management experience.
- Knowledge of CMS CoPs, state/federal hospice regulations, and accrediting body standards.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and data-driven clinical operations.
- Active RN license in the State of Florida; hospice/palliative certification preferred.
- Reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
