Schedule:
Full Time, Monday through Friday
Compensation: $25/hr – $30/hr, based on experience
Incentives:
$5,000 sign-on bonus and an ongoing student loan repayment option of $200/month
Select Physical Therapy's outpatient center in Brandon, FL is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team. You'll work alongside 4 Physical Therapists, 1.5 Occupational Therapists, and 1 PTA, treating a diverse outpatient orthopedic population. Our center offers specialized services in neuro rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, concussion management, sports medicine, pelvic health, and hand therapy.

Responsibilities- Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
- Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.
- Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
- College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
- Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE.
- Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process).
- CPR certification.
