Job Description- Rounds with previous shift staff to receive report on care given to patients.
- Delivers care using the mission, vision, and value statements, incorporating patient‑centric behaviors daily.
- Promotes timely patient placement by following hospital policy for patient admission, discharge, and transfer.
- Provides care to patients in accordance with standards of care, including assistance with hygiene, comfort, and activities of daily living.
- Maintains patient skin integrity by turning and repositioning patients, preventing skin shearing, and notifying nurses of skin breakdown.
- High School Grad or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS).
- RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – accredited issuing body.
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) – accredited issuing body.
- Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant (CPCT/A) – accredited issuing body.
- Emergency Medical Tech Cert (EMT) – accredited issuing body.
$16.14 - $25.83 per hour.
