Game Room Attendants. Cast Members are empowered to provide great service through cross-training in a variety of positions. Over 60% of our managers were promoted from within.

• Game Room Attendants support guests as they play games and are responsible for ensuring all games are clean and operational.
• Assist with cross-training in multiple positions as part of the guest service model.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests and maintain a positive atmosphere in the game room.

• Be at least 15 years of age
• Available to work various shifts
• Excellent customer service skills
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality

• Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift.
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift.
• The ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers is essential. The work environment may include flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
