One year and above - Software/platforms required:
Zendesk, Shopify, Capacity, Recharge, Yotpo - Skills and Experience
Required:
empathy and listening skills, project management and process simplification, relationship building, communication and storytelling skills, data-driven mindset, ability to work with conflict, integrity
- Chat, email - to answer customer questions and handle customer inquiries/issues/needs.
- Pre-sale (product inquiry, sizing, etc.)
- Post-sale (returns, refund, ...)
