Qualifications- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or support roles.
- Team Player – Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and maintain a positive work environment.
- Excellent Customer‑Centric Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication across voice, chat, and email.
- Mental Fortitude – Resilience and the ability to stay calm and professional in high‑pressure situations.
- Multitasking Ability – Capable of handling multiple communication channels simultaneously while managing ad‑hoc tasks.
- Attention to Detail – Accuracy in responses, documentation, and task execution.
- Time Management & Prioritization – Manage workload efficiently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
- Problem‑Solving Skills – Quickly identify issues and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
