This full‑time on‑site role for a Customer Service Representative is located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The position involves managing customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Handle service requests and customer inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
• Deliver clear, professional communication and provide high‑quality customer support.
• Schedule and coordinate services, maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Act as a key point of contact to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Strong background in customer service and support.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver customer satisfaction and positive customer experiences.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
