Consistent Schedule. Predictable Work. We're hiring Regional Class 1 Company Drivers based near Brandon, MB. This role offers a consistent schedule – ideal for drivers who value knowing when they're working and when they're home.

Schedule:

Sunday-Thursday, up to 2 nights on the road per week

• Minimum average of $65,000/year with most drivers earning in the range of $85,.
• Mileage based pay with flat rate pay for trailer tasks.
• Minimum pay agreement in place for the first 6 months, as you gain experience in the role.

• Regional driving with steady, predictable schedules.
• Work primarily within Manitoba, with some loads into neighboring provinces.
• Comprehensive, in-cab training, including animal handling (paid at full rates).

• Flexibility to work varying hours, including early mornings or evenings, based on shipment requirements.
• Ability to perform physical work, including preparing, loading, and unloading trailers.
• Preference will be given to candidates with 1+ years of articulated Truck/Trailer driving experience.
