Service Measure (SM) is a field data collection company founded in 2013 in New York.

We collect data where automation is not possible. We count features, take pictures, make videos, record speech, and scan areas for every detail you need to make more informed decisions. Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges.

Project objective

The goal of the project is to help collect images of streets, main points of interest, and public areas in the USA. The project involves vehicles equipped with 360 cameras mounted on top that image the surrounding area and store those images on onboard computers. This data will be used to enhance one of the most popular online maps in the world.

The data collectors will be assigned specific routes around public streets and areas, focusing on commercial districts and historical sites. Due to weather conditions, some areas may be visited multiple times to ensure high-quality imaging. The project duration is estimated to be 3 to 6 months, covering different data collection areas.

The ideal candidate enjoys driving, knows the local area and traffic trends, and is highly responsible and reliable.

The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Weather-related downtime may require work on weekends.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Driver's License;
• Good driving skills and a clean driving record;
• General car knowledge is a plus;
• Enjoys driving within standard business hours;
• Available for at least 3 months;
• Must have a private monitored parking space for the corporate vehicle;
• Excellent communication and reporting skills;
• Tech-savvy (using Gmail, Google Forms, and Google Meet);
• High responsibility level;
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented;
• Must pass a background check (criminal and driving record).
