- Moving and organizing vehicles on the lot
- Shuttle customers
- Maintain inventory including fueling, checking batteries, and other details
- Occasional transport of vehicles
- Maintenance of the building and its contents
- Maintenance of the lot and vehicles in the winter months including blowing snow off vehicles and shoveling entrances
- Organizing snow removal
