Personnel Support Programs contributes to the operational readiness of our Canadian Armed Forces through the provision of fitness, sports, recreation and health promotion programs to military communities across Canada and members while on deployment.

The Recreation and Inclusion Supervisor plays an important role, assisting with the planning, organizing, and delivery of designated recreation and inclusion activities and programs. The Recreation Inclusion Supervisor also implements integration protocols and intervention plans for participants with disabilities and/or support needs. We promote and encourage people who require inclusion support to participate in a wide variety of activities offered throughout our communities.

This position is Temporary Full-Time and offers 80 hours bi-weekly with a term of approximately 12 weeks between the months of June 2026 and August 2026. CFMWS is committed to the health, safety and well-being of our employees and their families.

Wage Range: $20.40 – $24.17 per hour (Based on previous experience)

Commuting allowance may also be available for those who qualify.

Start Date: June 22, 2026, or as soon as possible.
