Our member is looking to hire 2nd - 4th Year Electrical Apprentices who are currently based in Ontario and are interested in working in Northern Alberta, Northern BC, and/or Saskatchewan.

Apprentice Electricians needed ASAP. If you possess the full range of knowledge required to install, connect, test, and maintain electrical systems for a variety of purposes—including climate control, security, lighting, power sources, and communications—please apply.

• Pay rate: $24-40 /hr depending on experience
• Positions available on multiple projects
• Location(s):
• Cenovus Foster Creek – Camp Accommodations – 8/6 rotation – 12‑hour days
• Northern BC – 14/7 rotation – 11‑hour days
• Saskatchewan – 9/5 rotation – 12‑hour days

• Must be a registered 2nd, 3rd or 4th year Apprentice with the appropriate provincial authority
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment drug & alcohol testing

• Install, alter, repair, and maintain various electrical systems and related equipment
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical code specifications
• Plan layouts and illustrations of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes
• Provide preliminary sketches and cost estimates for materials and services
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards and defects to ensure compliance with codes

• Private single room with bathroom and TV
• Dining areas, workout gym, recreation areas with games (pool, ping pong, etc.)
• Breakfast and dinner served daily and packed lunches available for work days
• Travel allowance for flights to and from site
