Paladin Mobile Division is looking to hire a Full-time Mobile Officer 1.

We are looking for responsible, hardworking, and dedicated guards who are interested in joining the mobile team! If you are qualified and interested in this position, please reply to this email. The job requirements are listed below:

Position requirements:

Must have a class 5 or higher driver’s license with a clean driver's abstract

Ability to work 10-12 hours nightshifts: A shift – 1630 – 0230hrs B shift – 2200 – 0800 hrs. D shift – 0800hrs- 1630hrs

Ability to lead, plan organize, delegate and problem-solve

Able to deal with high stress levels

Ability to respect and promote a culturally diverse population

Capable of walking up to 10 km a day.

Ability to run short distances

Willingness to be exposed to dangerous situations alone

Exceptional customer service, professionalism, and communication (both Verbal and written) skills

Advanced security Training will be provided to successful candidates.

First Aid certification is an asset;
Training will be provided to successful candidates

Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and potentially stressful environment and prioritized based on the severity of the issue.

We able to work under minimal supervision

Willing to undergo a drug panel screening
