We are hiring an Sales Executive to lead the revenue growth of Winbox, someone who turns demos into deals, conversations into customers, and interest into recurring MRR. You’ll shape market penetration, influence product direction, and operate alongside high-performance talent.

What You’ll Own- Convert inbound + outbound pipeline into won deals
- Build urgency, frame value clearly, and close decisively
- Diagnose outbound bottlenecks; position Winbox as the fix
- Handle objections confidently and logically
- Close with speed, conviction, and clarity
- Refine talk tracks, objections & discovery flow
- Turn winning calls into repeatable playbooks
- Relay product feedback based on real usage patterns
- Strengthen the Winbox sales engine as we scale
You’re not entering a seat, you’re helping build the sales machine.
Requirements- 2+ years closing B2B SaaS (SMB/MM preferred)
- Clear communicator; concise and high-trust
- Thrives in performance environments with pace & accountability
- Logistics experience = bonus, not mandatory
- A-players only — this role rewards excellence.
- 100%+ quota attainment consistently
- Month-over-month ARR Increase
- Faster sales cycle through qualification mastery
- Playbooks & scripts created from your execution
Remote (Must be Canada Based)
Compensation$60,000-$70,000 base salary + uncapped, recurring commission.
You earn recurring commission monthly for as long as the account stays subscribed — revenue you close continues paying you.
