Leon's is a Canadian owned company in operation since 1909. Leon's Brandon is a leading retailer in home furnishings, appliances, mattresses and electronics in Western Manitoba that has been running since 1995. Being locally owned and operated means ties to Brandon and surrounding communities.

We are seeking an outgoing, driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is motivated to exceed sales goals.

• Greet and engage customers with a warm, friendly, and professional approach
• Build meaningful relationships to understand customer needs and preferences
• Provide product knowledge and design suggestions to guide purchasing decisions
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain showroom presentation and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping customers and creating exceptional shopping experiences
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Retail or sales experience preferred (furniture or home d?cor experience a plus) but we will train the right individual!
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
