Description

Provide exceptional guest service, proactively engage, and sell to guests, set up and maintain an appealing retail environment and control inventory. Responsibilities Include
  • Setup and maintain an appealing retail environment and assist all Guests with their shopping and purchase of merchandise.
  • Greet Guest immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Develop and share knowledge of merchandise.
  • Must possess the ability to work with several Guests at one time while maintaining individual Guest satisfaction.
  • Point out any sales, specials, new merchandise and offer additional product that may compliment the Guests purchase.
  • Accept cash & credit card payments for merchandise purchases.
  • Keep cash register accurate.
  • Care for any Guest concerns that may arise reasonably demonstrating empathy, a positive attitude, and our commitment to excellent Guest service.
  • Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports etc.).
  • Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to Guests.
  • Request, capture and or verify Guest data for 100% of the Guests 100% of the time.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
  • Seeking candidates that can work Friday to Sunday, hours could vary depending on coverage.
  • Company-paid training for new candidates.
  • Possess the ability to use a computer.
  • Meet requirements for manufacturer certifications in the areas of product knowledge and technology.
  • We will train the right candidate.
  • Excellent verbal & non‑verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem‑solve.
  • Present a professional and well‑groomed appearance.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background screening and drug test.
