Reporting to the General Manager, the Kitchen Manager will be responsible to sustain brand image and drive sales by creating a memorable dining experience for guests.

• Exceed guest expectations by providing a quality dining experience
• Awareness of menu items, specials and current promotions
• Provide assistance for daily operations where needed i.e. cook, serve, clean etc.

• Work in coordination with the General Manager to promote and maintain franchise/brand expectations
• Conduct kitchen inventory checks and work with suppliers as needed to cost effectively and efficiently replenish/manage ordering process
• Change management & commitment to continuous learning of processes, technologies etc.

• Assist in recruitment and performance management
• Training and development
• Work with General Manager for labour control, budgets and scheduling

• Food Handlers Certification
• Handling/storing food and supplies with care and in compliance with health standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen in compliance with health & safety guidelines
