Description of DutiesBig Brothers Big Sisters of Westman is currently recruiting new members to join our Board of Directors. We are seeking community leaders who are passionate about making a meaningful difference for youth across Westman.
If you re looking for a purposeful way to give back, share your skills, and help shape the future of mentoring in our region, board service offers a rewarding opportunity to do just that. Our Board of Directors plays a key role in providing strategic guidance, supporting strong governance, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our programs.
The commitment includes a two-year term, with approximately six scheduled meetings per year. We are mindful of our board members time and strive to keep commitments manageable, collaborative, and impactful.
We welcome individuals who are engaged in the community, value mentorship, and are excited to contribute their perspective, experience, and leadership. While prior board experience is an asset, it is not required, what s most important is your commitment to our mission and your community.
