The current starting wage is $17.95/hour with incremental increases to $26.10/hour based on tenure as per our Collective Agreement

• Cleaning and sanitizing butcher and slaughter production areas and everything in between to ensure top‑quality food safety standards.
• Operating cleaning equipment like high‑pressure hoses to clean production equipment.
• Using cleaning chemicals with respect and following Material Safety Data Sheets.
• Ensuring all Quality Assurance checks are performed.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area throughout the facility.
• Collaborating as a team to meet tight deadlines, ensuring production floors operate on time.

We are looking for people who are:

• Fit and capable of working in a physically demanding role. Capable of bending, lifting, and climbing.
• Available to work an 8-hour Night Shift from Monday‑Friday, between 11:15 PM to 9:00 AM
• Capable of repetitive manual tasks and standing for long periods of time
• Minimum of one (1) to seven (7) months experience in sanitation, or industrial cleaning, or heavy‑duty cleaning
• Completion of Secondary school or equivalent experience
• Able to effectively communicate in English
• At least 18 years old to meet the minimum age requirement
