The Inventory Coordinator will perform in a multi-disciplinary environment and will be an integral part of the Purchasing and Production team, providing materials and services utilizing in-house support. Team success depends on the accuracy of on‑hand inventory, whereby the Inventory Coordinator will be a key, contributing team member. Also, while providing assistance to the Purchasing team, the ideal candidate will investigate inventory queries from client departments.

This is a 1‑year term position with the possibility of being extended.

• Completion of an Office Administration Diploma or Certificate.
• Combinations of experience and relevant courses will also be considered.
• Knowledge of the in‑house product and operating system based on AS400 is an asset.
• Two to Three years of progressive inventory experience.
• Strong mathematical skills and experience in accounting are beneficial.
• Experience in a large sized office and/or manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs is a requirement.
• Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations would be an asset.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, time, and priority management are necessary for success.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment; adapt to change and work under pressure.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, partially outdoors, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
